Data Analysis Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing business, the full-time Experienced Data Analysis Associate will provide analytic support by preparing data, building data quality checks, and processing information for enrollment and insurance policies in a hybrid work environment based out of NYC.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare data for enrollment and policy retention campaigns
• Work with insurance companies to obtain and ensure the accuracy of policy data
• Analyze current processes to identify waste and improve data quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on data analysis preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Excel, with advanced formulas and data validation techniques
• Strong analytical skills for managing and cleaning large datasets
• Ability to interact effectively with team members and external clients
