Data Analysis Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Experienced Data Analysis Associate will provide analytic support by preparing data, building data quality checks, and processing information for enrollment and insurance policy management in a hybrid role based out of the NYC office.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare data for enrollment and policy retention campaigns
• Work with insurance companies to obtain and verify policy data accuracy
• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and improve data quality

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on data analysis preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Excel with advanced skills for managing large datasets
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively with team members and clients
