Data Analysis Associate

Job Summary

To support data processing and reporting efforts, the full-time Experienced Data Analysis Associate will prepare and analyze data, ensure its accuracy, and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives in a hybrid work environment based out of the NYC office.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare data for enrollment and policy retention campaigns
• Work with insurance companies to obtain and verify policy data accuracy
• Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on data analysis preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Excel, utilizing advanced formulas and data validation techniques
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interact effectively with team members and external clients
