Data Analysis Associate

Job Summary

To support data processing for enrollment and insurance policies, the full-time Experienced Data Analysis Associate will prepare and analyze data, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment based out of NYC.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare data for enrollment and policy retention campaigns
• Work with insurance companies to obtain and verify policy data accuracy
• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and improve data quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on data analysis preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas and data validation techniques
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interact effectively with team members and external clients
