Data Analysis Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Experienced Data Analysis Associate will provide analytic support by preparing and processing data for enrollment and insurance policies, ensuring data quality and accuracy, while working in a hybrid schedule based out of the NYC office.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare data for enrollment and policy retention campaigns
• Analyze current processes to identify waste and improve efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams for data needs and ensure accuracy of policy data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on data analysis preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas and data validation techniques
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interact effectively with team members and external clients
