Data Analysis Associate

Job Summary

To support data processing and analysis for enrollment and insurance policy management, the full-time Experienced Data Analysis Associate will prepare data, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment based out of NYC.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare data for enrollment and policy retention campaigns
• Work with insurance companies to obtain and verify policy data accuracy
• Analyze and improve current processes to enhance efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on data analysis preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Excel with advanced data management skills
• Strong analytical skills for organizing and analyzing large datasets
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams
