Data Analysis Associate

Job Summary

To support data processing and analytics needs, the full-time Experienced Data Analysis Associate will prepare and analyze data for enrollment and insurance policies while working in a hybrid capacity from the NYC office or remotely within the tri-state area.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare data for enrollment and policy retention campaigns
• Work with insurance companies to obtain and ensure the accuracy of policy data
• Analyze current processes to identify waste and improve data quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on data analysis preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas and data validation techniques
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interact effectively with team members and external clients
