Data Analysis Associate Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager of Data Analysis to lead a team of analysts in the Claims Control organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to support various operational teams by analyzing complex data and delivering insights
• Collaborate with senior leaders and business partners to align priorities and drive measurable outcomes
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining strong standards for data quality and governance

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
• Proficiency in technical skills such as SAS, Python, R, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL is preferred
• Prior experience in coaching and mentoring is preferred
• Proven track record of building relationships with business partners is preferred
