Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager of Data Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of analysts to translate analytics into actionable insights
• Collaborate with Claims leaders and process owners to inform decisions and improve customer outcomes
• Lead analytical projects and implement new measurements aligned with Claims Strategy

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts and managing complex initiatives
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to connect data to operational realities
• Proficiency with SQL, R, SAS, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and fields
