Data Analysis Associate Manager

Job Summary

Leading analytic support for new business initiatives, the full-time Associate Manager of Data Analysis will manage and develop a team of analysts, providing guidance and recommendations while fostering a collaborative remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a group of analysts, prioritizing support and coaching on analytical and business-related tasks
• Develop insights and recommendations that shape long-term reporting and analytic strategies in emerging business areas
• Collaborate with business and process leaders to guide analytical direction and address immediate high-priority analytic needs

Required qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts and managing complex initiatives across teams
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to connect data to operational realities
• Proficiency with SQL, R, SAS, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical partners, adjusting detail levels based on audience needs
