Data Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager Data Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to monitor product performance and ensure system controls function correctly
• Collaborate with Commercial Lines partners to analyze complex data sets and deliver insights
• Support continuous improvement of monitoring processes across the organization

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of analytical work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 5 years analytical work experience
• Deep understanding of Commercial Lines products, processes, and systems (preferred)
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS, or R (preferred)
• Experience in coaching and developing analytical talent (preferred)
