Data Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize data analysis needs to support healthcare management
• Coordinate development initiatives and perform analysis and reporting for the Health Plan
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts while promoting SQL standards and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Previous experience managing cross-functional teams or supervisory experience
• Advanced SQL and Microsoft Excel skills, with knowledge of relational databases
• Understanding of health insurance business and HEDIS experience preferred
