Data Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Data Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to generate innovative ideas and strategic initiatives
• Deliver actionable, data-driven insights to enhance agent performance and optimize contact center savings
• Partner with others to provide valuable insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis for strategic improvements

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of analytical work experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years of analytical work experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing analytics teams and applying advanced analytics and AI is preferred
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear hypotheses and analytic work
• Proven experience leading and coaching analysts while cultivating diverse, collaborative teams
