Job Summary

A company is looking for a B2A Performance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor sales and performance in the B2B segment, tracking key metrics and identifying growth opportunities
• Conduct research to support data-driven business decisions and propose improvements by identifying bottlenecks
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports while collaborating with other analytics teams on joint projects

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics
• Strong command of SQL, including complex queries and nested subqueries
• Experience with BI tools, particularly Tableau, for dashboard creation and data visualization
• Basic Python skills for data processing and visualization
• Solid understanding of statistics and experience with hypothesis testing
