Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst who specializes in customer retention and lifecycle analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex datasets to provide insights on customer lifetime value, retention rates, and cohort performance
  • Build churn prediction models and support marketing teams with actionable data on campaign performance and loyalty program engagement
  • Prepare and visualize data for analysis, creating impactful dashboards and reports that align with brand initiatives and revenue growth
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, specifically in DTC E-commerce
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake and Tableau
  • Familiarity with transformation tools such as KNIME, dbt, or similar
  • Experience with Klaviyo and Loyalty Lion data schemas
  • Understanding of ELT tools and their functionalities
