Job Summary

To drive sound business decision-making, the remote Data Analyst will develop and maintain high-quality reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, analyze technical requirements from stakeholders, and contribute to data architecture initiatives while residing in Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
• Gather and analyze technical requirements from stakeholders across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and quality across systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant data analyst experience
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI, including performance optimization
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and data modeling techniques
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation
