Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting operational reporting and stakeholder needs within a federal financial environment, the full-time remote Data Analyst will develop and enhance reports, write complex SQL queries, and collaborate with business users and technical teams to translate requirements into effective data solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational, executive, and compliance-related reports for decision-making
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries using InterSystems Cach SQL to extract and validate data
• Engage with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business and reporting requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Five or more years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, specifically InterSystems Cach SQL
• Required experience with the Artiva debt collections platform
• Proven ability to work directly with business users and executives to gather and refine requirements
