Data Analyst

Job Summary

Providing support in data analysis and reporting, the full-time Data Analyst will work with healthcare and operational datasets to identify trends, develop reports and dashboards, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare and operational datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or healthcare analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting/analytics tools
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail in data validation and report development
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements
