Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Analyst will perform deep-dive analyses to optimize key levers of the product's marketing funnel, design core metrics for team efforts, and contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Directly own the creation of key company metrics used to track aggregate company OKR performance
• Conduct quarterly prioritized analysis projects targeted at revenue and user growth
• Manage and maintain dashboards in Periscope that relate operational performance across company departments

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Physics, Math, Statistics, Business, Economics, or related field
• Fluency in SQL and a deep understanding of statistical analysis and experiment design
• Expertise in at least one programming language useful for statistical analysis (e.g., Python/R)
• Strong communication skills to synthesize and visualize ideas effectively
• Ability to lead initiatives across multiple product areas while communicating findings with leadership and product teams
