Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst 2 to join their dynamic healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze health management programs, including data collection, validation, and outcome measurement
• Create and generate reports using MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL, and interface with senior management and stakeholders
• Gather business requirements, monitor data trends, and assist in training lower-level Data Analysts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with financial, pharmacy, claims, and member data analysis
• Knowledge of IRS, CMS, HHSC, and HEDIS reporting
• Proficiency in data cleansing, reconciliation analysis, and trend analysis in healthcare management
• Ability to handle multiple projects and communicate effectively with management
