Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst 2, HR Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to deliver KPI and data visualization needs
Extract and analyze data to identify trends in demand planning and staffing
Automate data reporting and develop self-service reporting tools for HR workforce planning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business intelligence, statistics/data analytics, or related STEM field
Professional certifications in Data Analytics, SQL, or similar tools
5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or workforce management
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and data mining skills
General understanding of Human Resources systems, preferably Workday
