Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Exchange Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot RETS and API data feed connections for multiple systems and products
Monitor data imports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of listing information
Coordinate transitions of data feeds to new vendors or formats while minimizing client impact

Qualifications, Training, and Education:

Minimum 1 year experience with relational databases
Minimum 1 year experience using SQL for querying datasets
Minimum 1 year technical support/customer service experience
2+ years experience in a SAAS environment with customers
Bachelor's degree preferred; Real Estate industry knowledge is a plus
