Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify trends through analysis of diverse datasets to support various aspects of the organization's mission
Collaborate with programmatic leadership to deliver actionable insights and maintain critical metrics
Create and maintain interactive visualizations, develop analytics systems, and conduct ad-hoc analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
Experience with Salesforce configurations and knowledge of refugee resettlement processes is a plus
Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation tools, and data visualization tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
