Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Analyst to join their Analytics & Data Science team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach growth marketing stakeholders on effective channel measurement techniques and develop measurement playbooks & tools
• Oversee event tracking best practices and collaborate with engineers on implementation
• Design and implement scalable experimentation frameworks to measure the causal impact of marketing efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics or Data Science, specifically in growth & marketing analytics
• Experience with marketing & product analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude, Singular, etc.)
• Knowledge of modern marketing measurement techniques, including marketing mix modeling and incrementality testing
• Expert level SQL and proficiency in Python for data science
• Ability to autonomously identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions
