Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations related to sales compensation plans
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Salesforce to track sales quotas and incentives
Collaborate with various sales functions to ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of sales compensation

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in an operations role, including sales compensation administration
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce power user
Understanding of sales compensation principles and best practices
Experience with data delivery, automation, and visualization tools such as SQL and Excel
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and identify improvement opportunities
