Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst II to analyze extensive datasets and provide insights that influence business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze data from various healthcare sources to support business decisions
• Execute large-scale projects with limited direction and manage multiple tasks within targeted timelines
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience with large databases and data management, or 1+ years in IT
• Preferred healthcare analytics experience and working knowledge of SQL/query languages
• Familiarity with statistical and analytical techniques, including trend analysis and root-cause analysis
• Experience in financial modeling and claims pricing is preferred
