Job Summary

Manage Service Level Management and reporting

Convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience with data analysis
Knowledge in Digital Workplace Services (DWS), Field Services, and Deskside Support
Experience in Service Level Management
Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Looker, Power BI, SQL)
Must be a U.S. citizen and reside in the U.S
