Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and data teams to address data needs for ARO projects
• Analyze data to identify gaps and resolve issues, serving as an internal point of contact for data-related concerns
• Run monthly reports and manage tickets using Salesforce while supporting product maintenance and customer data monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Proficient in SQL for running queries
• Experience in denial management and understanding of healthcare revenue cycle
• Experience with Salesforce ticket management
