Key Responsibilities

• Guide teams to make data-driven decisions
• Create metrics, dashboards, and experiments to understand product and clinician behaviors
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into analysis and insights

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in data analytics or a related field
• High proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
• Comfort with scripting languages for data analysis (Python preferred, R acceptable)
• Strong understanding of experiment design and A/B testing
• Proactive, independent work style with strong prioritization skills
