Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst for a full-time, 7-month remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage systems to track participant progress and program milestones
• Develop interactive dashboards and BI reports using data visualization tools
• Analyze program data to assess trends and drive strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, economics, business intelligence, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a nonprofit, workforce, or education setting
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with CRMs or case management systems
• Passion for social impact and improving outcomes for individuals impacted by incarceration and poverty
