Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data flows, business rules, and program requirements
• Perform exploratory data analysis on complex datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights
• Design and develop advanced dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 4-8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL (intermediate to advanced level)
• Proficient in Tableau (intermediate to advanced level)
• Advanced Excel skills (including Macros) preferred
