Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst responsible for various analytical and software-related duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data mining, dashboard creation, and reporting while analyzing trends
• Assist with budget preparation and lead monthly presentations on new processes and best practices
• Troubleshoot system and data-related issues, maintaining database integrity and providing user support

Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in computer science, information technology/system, or related field preferred
• Certification and/or proficiency in BI Tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, Tableau, and MS Excel
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in information systems or software support
• Strong working knowledge of data management best practices
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
