Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver reporting and analysis initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to leverage analytics for improving outcomes
• Design, build, and maintain business intelligence dashboards for ongoing visibility and insights

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis
• Experience with Python and SQL
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in an Agile, technology-driven environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
