Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards for data reporting using tools like Looker and Google Sheets
• Monitor operational KPIs and conduct performance analysis to uncover root causes of issues
• Identify gaps in the member journey to optimize conversion and throughput

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in healthcare or tech-enabled services
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools, particularly Looker
• High proficiency with Google Sheets and collaborative data tools
• Experience in a remote, asynchronous work environment
