Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multifamily Data Analyst to conduct data analyses and enhance processes related to energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, manage, and analyze large datasets related to energy efficiency programs
• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor program performance and identify trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design and evaluation of energy efficiency programs

Required Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen; New Jersey residency required
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in Power BI/Tableau
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the energy efficiency or utility sector
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Proficiency in data management tools and software such as SQL, Python, or R
