A company is looking for a Data Analyst to join their Payer Strategy & Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze payer performance to determine the network health of clearinghouse connections
• Create actionable reports to help operations teams proactively address payer issues
• Conduct payer research projects to support customer needs and product enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven product and business operations
• Proficient in writing SQL queries and using data visualization tools like Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI
• Ability to identify patterns and root causes of data issues or operational inefficiencies
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Experience in the healthcare sector or with AWS data tools is a plus
