Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to advance critical data initiatives within the Data Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pharmacy network access analysis to inform pricing strategies and enhance market competitiveness
• Define and enforce data quality standards and manage project tasks related to data integrity
• Lead report automation initiatives and standardize reporting processes for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry
• Proficient in SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and cloud platforms like Snowflake
• Strong understanding of data quality standards, report automation, and data governance
