Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to analyze healthcare datasets and generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret large-scale healthcare datasets to identify trends and key performance indicators
• Collaborate with data engineers and product managers to define data requirements and quality controls
• Build and maintain curated datasets and dashboards for stakeholders using SQL, Python, or BI tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working with healthcare data, including EHR and claims data
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics-oriented language (e.g., Python, R)
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7, ICD, CPT)
