Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Analyst (WFS) to join a Workforce Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for organizational initiatives
Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify and resolve issues
Maintain data integrity and quality control of systems and reports through testing and validation

Required Qualifications

2 or more years of related experience
1 or more years of experience reporting and analyzing workforce data in a professional environment
Experience with Talent Management systems (HRIS, performance management, etc.)
Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Information Systems, or related field preferred
