Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track KPIs, clinical outcomes, operational metrics, and financial performance
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to expose key data in the app and support A/B testing
• Support strategic research and opportunity analysis by partnering with clinical, product, and operational leaders

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, data insights, or product analytics
• 2+ years of experience working with healthcare data (claims, EHR, EMR, or similar)
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools; familiarity with Snowflake and Sigma is a plus
• A proactive self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems in a fast-paced startup setting
• Highly organized with the ability to bring clarity and alignment to cross-functional work
