Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst I to support data management processes and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support school districts in the overall data extract and import process into products
• Perform quality control checks of data and respond to data support cases from customers
• Investigate data quality issues reported by customers and provide status updates

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of ETL processes
• Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional departments
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with educational technology and data management tools is a plus
