Job Summary

A company is looking for an Innovations Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with innovation teams to operationalize hypotheses into measurable experiments
• Organize and integrate Innovations data into the central data architecture
• Present experiment results to cross-functional audiences with varying data literacy

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analysis work (quantitative research, A/B testing, program evaluation, or equivalent)
• Fluency with SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Demonstrated work experience in agriculture in rural areas, and project design and management
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
• Entrepreneurial attitude and an adaptive work style in a fast-paced environment
