Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Understand operational workflows and investigate data inconsistencies
Communicate findings to stakeholders and train team members on data accuracy
Create datasets, dashboards, and enforce quality assurance standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a multi-system environment
Experience with data quality policies and creating reports for dashboards
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL
Familiarity with platforms like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or Applied Epic is a plus
