Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst, People Tech.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain insightful dashboards and reports across the employee lifecycle
Analyze HR data to uncover trends and insights that drive action
Ensure data quality and streamline reporting workflows in collaboration with HR and leadership

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in HR analytics or related data roles
Hands-on experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and data visualization tools (Looker, Metabase)
Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
Experience in a startup, tech, or fintech environment is a plus
