Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst, People Tech.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain insightful dashboards and reports across the employee lifecycle
Analyze HR data to uncover trends and insights related to hiring, attrition, engagement, and performance
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Leadership to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, people operations, or a related data role
Hands-on experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS), DWH (BigQuery), and visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
Experience in a startup, tech, or fintech environment is a plus
