Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain insightful dashboards and reports across the employee lifecycle
Analyze HR data to uncover trends and insights that drive action
Ensure data quality and streamline reporting workflows while partnering with HR, Finance, and Leadership

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, people operations, or a related data role
Hands-on experience with HR systems, DWH, and visualization tools
Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
Experience in a startup, tech, or fintech environment is a plus
