Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to provide implementation and support for their Merchant Central product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-lifecycle implementation of a payments industry CRM and Residuals platform
• Act as a subject matter expert for the Residuals module and resolve calculation tickets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and implement solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or data science, or equivalent academic experience
• 2+ years of experience in implementing or supporting SaaS software
• Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Zendesk
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus
