Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to support a modernization initiative in transitioning to a cloud-native architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-wide data solutions across Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and SQL Server
• Develop scalable data pipelines and ensure data quality
• Advise on best practice architecture during migration and modernization efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, or SQL Server (role-specific expertise)
• 2-4 years of familiarity or working knowledge of Databricks
• 4-6+ years of experience in performance tuning of queries and pipelines
• Ability to understand organizational data workflows and translate them into engineering solutions
• Experience in Workforce Planning is highly desirable
