Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update documentation for the centralized reporting platform
• Design, build, and enhance reports and dashboards using multiple data sources
• Perform data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or reporting roles
• Proven experience with backend data and IT service management modules
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and data services
• Strong experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization
• Working knowledge of SQL and query languages
