Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to support early childhood development initiatives through data collection and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data collection, analysis, and visualization to support continuous quality improvement (CQI) and internal evaluation efforts
  • Manage the Safe Babies database, including user access, documentation, and reporting
  • Develop and implement new data collection protocols and respond to data analysis requests from various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience in data analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience using data for continuous quality improvement (CQI) and familiarity with SurveyMonkey
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is preferred
  • Knowledge of child welfare data is preferred but not required
